Founded in 2012
When We Say Raise Your Bar, We Mean It Since 2012, Peak Beverage has been providing a one-stop beverage solution for thousands of events across Colorado, and we've recently expanded to Dripping Springs, TX and the surrounding Austin area. With us, you don’t have to wait for alcohol delivery, rent glassware, or interrupt your party to make sure your bar is stocked. With our own bartender training program, unsurpassed experience, and our own Colorado liquor store, you get real value. So if the wedding party starts slamming drinks, you don’t have to worry—we’ve got this. Food isn’t the only star of the show. Peak Beverage believes your bar deserves special attention, too. Whether it’s a uniquely “you” specialty cocktail or your favorite bottle of bubbly, Peak gets it right. Peak Beverage provides everything you’ll need to simplify the bar services for your special event — alcohol, glassware, staff, and materials are all included in our packages, ensuring the best quality and value. We can even provide custom bar fronts, contract out with airstream bars, and connect you with the right vendor for beverage burros! Please note, for parties under 30 people bar minimums may apply.

- What makes your catering style unique?
- At Peak Beverage, we’ve streamlined the bar service with our all-inclusive packages to make the event bar process affordable, seamless, and enjoyable. Our clients pay one price per guest for an unlimited bar — a fixed price per hour at the beginning that won’t change based on consumption levels.
- What are the pricing options for your packages?
- We offer a variety of packages to accommodate a range of budgets. Our most popular packages are our all-inclusive packages, which cover everything needed to host an event bar without ever running out of products. We have 6 different packages ranging from House Beer & Wine to Top Shelf.
- What's included in the all-inclusive per-person pricing?
- Our per-person pricing model includes bar staff, a bar captain, glassware, garnishes, alcohol, mixers/ N/A beverages, ice, all equipment needed, liquor liability insurance, setup, and breakdown. The per-person price is for adult drinkers aged 21+ only. There is a lower price for those under 21!
- Why use Peak instead of my food caterer for the bar?
- We only hire professional bartenders, and we have elevated standards for ensuring that our service adds value to your event. In addition to this, our all-inclusive model will save you both time and money — we include liquor liability insurance, glassware, mixers, staff, and everything else you need!
- Can I customize any of Peak’s bar packages?
- Any of our packages may be customized, as long as the products that you want are sold in your state. We encourage you to entertain the options that we have listed at each tier, as we have carefully selected these specific products based on their quality and value.
