What event planning services do you offer?

At Plan to be Wowed, we specialize in Full Service Planning + Design, comprehensive Destination Wedding Management, curated Partial Planning + Design support, and a select number of Event Management experiences throughout the Bay Area, Napa, Sonoma, Carmel, Lake Tahoe, and beyond.

Do you offer day-of wedding coordination?

Our Event Management package is for couples who love planning but want expert support. Available at select venues, you'll get planning tools and a PTBW Associate Planner who steps in 12 weeks out to finalize details and ensure a seamless, stress-free celebration.

Do I pay vendors directly, or will you handle payment coordination?

All vendor payments are made directly by clients, with full transparency and no hidden costs.

How many people from your team will be on-site during my event?

Each event is thoughtfully staffed based on location, guest count, scope, and design complexity. We begin with a minimum of three team members, scaling up to ensure a seamless experience.

What venues have you worked at before?
