Rochelle L. Baker is a Special Event Consultant who has built a Chicago based boutique firm that focuses on clients and their needs. Partial Planning PLUS Consulting and Coordinating is designed for the client who wants a coordinator onsite during their special event PLUS consultation and vendor recommendations during the planning process. Rochelle brings many years of experience to her clients, enabling them to bring their vision to fruition. Rochelle began her career as a School Social Worker and continues to use her social skills that she learned in graduate school with her clients. Her party planning interest began more than twenty years ago as she created custom invitations, candy centerpieces and gift baskets for family and friends. She chaired and coordinated a number of fundraising silent auctions at her children's schools. In 2003, at her friend's urging, she officially opened her Special Event Consultation business. Rochelle enjoys spending time with her family, perusing social media sites for new ideas and inspiration, and donating her time with organizations involved with the Holocaust. She co-chaired and co-founded the Chicago Chapter of the Survivor Mitzvah Project where she helped raise $30,000 for Eastern European Holocaust survivors.
