Sabor takes its inspiration from Venustiano Carranza, a little Mexican Puebla. Connor and Rahul, the company's founders, discovered a little eatery in the picturesque village during a recent trip to Mexico. They opted to order a couple items from the menu because they didn't know what to anticipate in terms of food. They had come across the most delectable and distinctive Latin cuisine, much to their amazement. Sabor was inspired to embark on their own culinary adventure as a result of this unexpected vacation.
