- What event planning services do you offer?
- We offer month-of planning, partial planning, and full planning services! In depth descriptions of each and pricing can be found directly on our website under invest!
- Will you arrange and manage meetings with my other vendors?
- We do offer direct vendor coordination such as source vendors and direct email communication with vendors with our full service planning. With month-of and partial planning, you will still receive vendor recommendations with your planning documents we provide but will be the ones reaching out!
- Do I pay vendors directly, or will you handle payment coordination?
- You will be the ones paying the vendors and signing the contracts!
- How many people from your team will be on-site during my event?
- You will always have the lead planner and at least one assistant. For any event more than 150 people or have additional components that will require more hands on deck, then additional assistants will be required.
