Shaun Gray Events creates a boutique luxury event planning experience for their clients. As a well respected industry leader, my team’s approach to event planning is different than most. Our mission is to free our clients from being bound by societal norms just because “That’s the way its always been done.” Clients are empowered to be fearless in communicating what is important to them for their gathering. I have spent the last 10 years amassing 5 star ratings across all wedding and event planning review sites by delivering distinct celebrations with a creative, professional, and fun approach. - Do I pay vendors directly, or will you handle payment coordination?
- Traditionally, our wedding clients pay their vendors on their own. For our social and corporate planning clients, we handle all invoices, services, and elements in-house for your event.
- How many years have you been in business?
- I have had my own event planning firm in Houston since 2011. Family circumstances during COVID caused me to revamp and relaunch a new brand to better serve the types of clients I enjoy working with the most.
- How would past clients describe working with you?
- Based off of my 5 star rating across other event planning sites, my clients often compliment me on how fast we respond to their emails and texts, how easy and stress-free I am to work with, and that they never get bogged down with tedious tasks, or questions from vendors they can't answer.
- Do you offer day-of wedding coordination?
- Our "Lite" package is a partial wedding planning package that most clients compare it to a "Day-of" coordination package. I don't use that terminology because I don't find it efficient to not show up until the day of the wedding.
- How many people from your team will be on-site during my event?
- For events of up to 150 attendees, 2 Shaun Gray Events, LLC team members will be present, then its one additional member for every 100 guests.
