What event planning services do you offer?

We only offer full planning and design. We find that being fully integrated into the process allows for a more cohesive design, a more efficient planning experience, and a more elevated guest experience.

Will you arrange and manage meetings with my other vendors?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Consider us like your personal calendar filler. We will arrange all vendor meetings for you.

How would past clients describe working with you?

If you read our reviews online, you will see a consistent theme. Our clients say that we make the planning process fun, that we have a calming presence the weekend of the wedding, that we are visionaries (aka: very creative), and that they trust us to plan, design, and execute an exceptional event.

What venues have you worked at before?

We have worked all over the globe but some of our favorite places to work, other than Colorado and Florida where we are based, would be Cabo, the Bahamas, New York, Wyoming, Montana, California, New York, The Hamptons, and Nantucket.

How many years have you been in business?

We have been in business since July of 2004, which means we are coming up on our 20th year anniversary. Because of our lengthy tenure, we bring an extreme wealth of knowledge and expertise to our clients that can't be taught, but only learned through the 800+ events we have designed and planned.

Question 6

Do you charge a percentage of the budget or a flat fee?

We take a hybrid approach to this theory. Although we charge a flat fee, not a percentage of your budget, we do have a clause in our contract that protects us in case your budget increases more than 10% from your original projection.

What event planning packages do you offer?

Accepted Answer

We do not offer packages. We have a very comprehensive list of our offerings and responsibilities throughout the planning process and have found, over the 20 years we have been doing this, that these are what the client needs from concept to completion.

Question 8

Do I pay vendors directly, or will you handle payment coordination?

Accepted Answer

Usually, yes! The only reason we ever pay on your behalf is if we receive a discount being the client, or have earned a special incentive with a vendor.

Question 9

How many people from your team will be on-site during my event?

Accepted Answer

This depends on the scope of the event. If you have a smaller, more intimate event, we certainly don't need to come with our own entourage. However, there are ALWAYS 2, at the minimum. We want to set ourselves and you up for success. So we will never under staff an event.

Question 10

What makes your planning style unique?

Accepted Answer

Many say it is the "experience" that we deliver to every client during the planning process. We aim high to exceed expectations and often get emails and texts throughout the process saying "You're the best!" or "We could never do this without you". This is always our goal!
