Will you arrange and manage meetings with my other vendors?
Yes, with our full planning services we will manage and book all meetings with vendors throughout the planning process. We will reach out to vendors to finalize details with our management package as well.
Do you offer day-of wedding coordination?
Of sorts, yes. The term day-of is misleading as we wouldn't be able to arrive the same day and figure everything out on the spot. We offer management services, which allows you to plan your event and then we help ensure no details are missed and execute the event day-of.
What event planning services do you offer?
We offer services ranging from full planning of your event, which includes sourcing a venue, arranging vendors and meetings to management services where we can take your event plans and make sure everything is accounted for ahead of time. We're there on the event day to see every detail through.
What makes your planning style unique?
We are extremely detailed so the only things left to chance is the weather. We have fun in a professional way and love working as a team with our fellow vendors because we want everyone to shine on event days. We're also extremely cool under pressure so not much phases us during an event.
I know you're based out of the Seattle/Tacoma area, but do you travel?
Heck yeah, we travel! We’ve planned weddings all around Washington as well as out of state. We also are knowledgeable about vendors and weddings in the general Paris area so if you’re looking for assistance overseas, we’re your gals.
