On the day of the event, we take care of everything. The Day of Company is a solution for those who do not want or need to work with a full-service event planner to plan their wedding or event but would like assistance on the day of to ensure that all of their plans are carried out smoothly, including: acting as the primary point of contact for all vendors (and even guests) so your phone doesn't ring while you get ready, Working effectively with all suppliers, including venues, by respecting that each is a professional in their field and leading the team to ensure that everyone is on the same page Keeping track of all activities and logistics during the day so you don't have to delegate tasks to family, friends, or bridesmaids and Being the go-to person for all logistical aspects leading up to the wedding/event, as well as keeping a detailed timeline for the big day. I'm Joanna Solazzo, and I'm the CEO and Founder of The Day Of Company. In New York City, I worked in the event marketing industry for the majority of my career. I founded Maid to the Maids seven years ago to provide planning and organizing services to busy bridesmaids for the activities leading up to a wedding. After receiving multiple requests from brides and their moms to act as a coordinator on their wedding day, I realized that there was a demand for a simple coordinating service for day-of weddings and events... without the bells and whistles of typical event planners and their high prices. As a result, The Day of Company was conceived.
