Curating elegant mountain weddings in Estes Park and the Rocky Mountain region is my passion. I've been planning innovative and elegant events for more than 30 years. My goal is to deliver an experience your guests were not expecting to get, with a design they've never seen before, all while exceeding your expectations for your best day ever. I offer two packages..."wedding management" and "wedding planning". Wedding Management begins at $2,300; usually the only things we may add are mileage/hotel if necessary, and the ever-popular "All Access Pass" to the decor/props/signs in my design room for $75.00. "Wedding Planning" begins at $6000 and includes venue search, budget compilation, vendor contract presentations, mood boards, shopping, sign design and more. All wedding packages include vendor management, Detail Download, Guest Tracker, Prop/Decor/Inventory Management, Rehearsal execution and unlimited time on the wedding day for set up, vendor management, guest management, gift and personals, timeline and strike hour. I also offer a "design and implementation" package for brides who just want full design support...including booking all rentals and decor, management of the process, set up and strike. That is a 15% fee...meaning whatever your booking contracts are, my fee to book/design/set/strike is 15%.

- What event planning services do you offer?
- I offer "wedding management" and "wedding planning". The main difference is that for "planning" I create the budget, create 3 different vision boards, do all the shopping/ordering of items, and provide you with my A-Team of vendors.
- Do I pay vendors directly, or will you handle payment coordination?
- You pay vendors directly because the contract is always between you and the vendor. I arrange and handle it, but the contractual agreement is between you two.
- How would previous clients describe your planning style?
- You can read my 5-star reviews on The Knot and Wedding Wire, but mostly clients say I go above and beyond to make sure you have an amazing day. I've been told I'm organized, hard-working, and fun!
- How many years have you been in business?
- I have been a professional event planner for 30 years. 7 years ago I started my own company and have not looked back. I love what I do and the people with whom I work.
- What makes your planning style unique?
- I think I am unique in the amount of work I do in advance to make sure that our day is as smooth as can be. It's a lot of work! Other vendors have told me I do more for my clients than any other planner they work with. We work hard, but it's worth it.
