The Scribblist

I'm Amanda, the writer, educator, and tea enthusiast behind The Scribblist. The majority of the time, you can find me painting in my studio near Portland, Oregon, with my devoted dog Brady by my side. I received my Bachelor of Art degree from UCLA and my Master of Fine Art from Tufts University. I have received classical training in painting, drawing, and sculpture, and I adore using these talents to produce stunning, one-of-a-kind stationery, murals, and personalized artwork. Through my practical classes, I have taught more than 400 pupils the skills of calligraphy, watercolor, and hand lettering. I'm really passionate about sharing my knowledge and encouraging people to unleash their creativity.
