With her life in the event world beginning at the ripe old age of 11, Jacquelyn has more than 25 years of experience and expertise in making special occasions truly memorable for a lifetime. Within the first few months of opening The Wedding Plan & Company (formerly known as EVJ Wedding Co.) in the fall of 2012, after producing a handful of wonderful weddings, the word of mouth referrals catapulted the one-woman wedding planning show into a high-demand wedding planning business serving NJ, NYC, Los Angeles and whatever part of the globe their couples desire! The company now consists of Jacquelyn and a team of bi-coastal wedding planners Joy, Kasey, Nicole, Kristin, Taylor and Christine. Do you offer day-of wedding coordination?
Absolutely! We offer 'Month-Of' Coordination which means that your dedicated Senior Planner will of course be there, executing your wedding day but maybe even more importantly, the days leading up to wedding day. It takes a lot of effort for a wedding day to feel effortless & that's our speciality.
Will you arrange and manage meetings with my other vendors?
Absolutely! We know that partnering with a wedding planner means that it's our job to guide you through planning step by step. We will manage & schedule all vendor meetings, thoroughly vet vendors, ensure contracts protect you, our couple, offer expert design tips, track budget & much more.
What event planning services do you offer?
The Wedding Plan & Co. offers Full Wedding Planning, À la carte planning Destination Wedding Planning + 'Month-of' Wedding Management. We'd be thrilled to help you find which service is the best fit for you when you schedule a consultation with one of our team members!
How many people from your team will be on-site during my event?
On your wedding day you will have a minimum of two team members. One will be your dedicated Senior Planner & one will be an experienced wedding planning assistant. Should we decide that more hands are needed we will communicate that clearly with you to ensure proper staffing.
What venues have you worked at before?
We have worked at numerous wedding venues throughout New York City, New Jersey, Long Island, Los Angeles, Palm Springs, Philadelphia, Pocono Mountains, Greece, Italy, Turks and Caicos & Palm Beach, FL.
