Fifteen of these years have been in beautiful Charleston, SC where he commanded the kitchens of The Ocean Room, Jasmine Porch, The Art Institute of Charleston, Stars Grill Room, and the five star & five diamond rated Sanctuary Hotel at Kiawah Island Golf Resort.
