From humble beginnings in a questionable garage to our position as an independent brand within a highly regarded hospitality group, which includes Foxtail Catering, Radish and Wolfsbane, our team has put in the literal blood, sweat and tears to make Tonic what it is today. For over a decade, Tonic Beverage Catering has been delivering a lively atmosphere, impeccable service and exceptional value for events all over the Bay Area and beyond. Fully licensed and insured, we provide bar catering services for corporate events, weddings, social events, festivals, fundraisers, and a variety of other occasions. FAQs 5

Will you bring your own catering equipment to my venue?: Yes! All of our bar packages include everything needed for the event (equipment, ice, tables, linens, compostable cups) or we can upgrade to rentals (rented bar front, glassware, etc).
What venues have you worked at before?: We have worked in practically event venue in the Bay Area aside from venues that provide their own bar service
How many staff members will be present on the day of my event?: Every event is different. Our standard staffing numbers are 1 bartender for every 100 guests for beer and wine only, and 1 bartender for every 50 guests for full bar. A bar lead will be present at every event and bar backs and/or waitstaff may be required depending on the event
Do you offer bar or liquor packages?: Yes! We are fully licensed and certified to provide alcohol and we will bring everything needed to service the bar.
What menu customization options do you offer?: Everything is fully customizable! Tell us your ideas and we'll make it happen!
