It's the ideal site for up to 95 guests, and it's a wonderful spot for intimate wedding ceremonies and parties. This area is custom-designed to handle all you need, including a luxury kitchen, smart audio/visual technology, a huge outdoor basalt garden, executive conference room, and even elegant restrooms. We have various alternatives available to you, whether it's a corporate meeting, classroom-style event, photography, VIP-style party, or family reunion. The Engine Room is a 1720 square foot open area with dark concrete floors, a 36-foot wall of windows, white walls, and exposed ceilings. The Conference Space is a private room with white oak wood floors and a huge conference table that looks out over the engine room.
