  Set on a private road in the Texas Hill Country north of San Antonio, Lost Mission is a wedding and special-event venue built around an authentic mission-style chapel and reception hall, surrounded by oak trees off Highway 46 near Spring Branch. The property was built beginning in 2009 by contractor Lon Danley, who drew on his New Mexico upbringing to construct the buildings from more than 6,500 stacked straw bales finished in white stucco, in the style of Old World Spanish architecture. Handcrafted details from Lost Mission's on-site workshop appear throughout the property, including hand-carved white oak and cypress doors, wrought-iron sconces and chandeliers, 1890s pews shipped in from a Pennsylvania church, and a mission bell reclaimed from a Kerrville farm. The climate-controlled Mission Style Chapel seats up to 240 guests beneath stained-glass windows, while the Modern Reception Hall accommodates up to 350 guests and features a 40-foot firewall, wood trusses, a rock fireplace, and a built-in bar. A 7,000-square-foot patio with cafe lighting and a stream-side path connects the two spaces. Lost Mission hosts one wedding per day, with rental packages that include round guest tables, cross-back chairs, a bridal suite and groom's room, a ceremony sound system, and setup and cleanup staff.

A unique mix of towering bull pines, large post oaks, pin oaks, burr oaks, and live oaks grew alongside massive post oaks, pin oaks, burr oaks, and live oaks. The forest was alive with birds and there were acres of yellow coreopsis. Our goal has been to make this incredible setting our home while maintaining the natural beauty and calm that drew us to the property in the first place. We wanted to retain the solitude, tranquility, and serenity of the old forest by surrounding our new home inside it, as well as develop and conserve the unique woodland setting we had fallen in love with. We wanted to capture the sounds and sensations of the woods while also honoring the land and paying homage to early twentieth-century Texas. Everything we did in the construction of Dos Arbolitos was done with a distinct feeling of care. We tried to remember that special feeling we had the first day we walked onto the land and were calmed by the cool breezes in the middle of summer, enchanted by the choir of birds singing in the virgin forest, and eventually swept away by the natural woodland beauty of this place we knew would become our home with each step we took.   The Oak Atelier is a one stop shop for professional photography, private event space, and woodworking. When I was trying to come up with ideas for this space, a few things came to mind. I enjoy both a clean, modern style and the flavor and detailed design of old world Europe. This studio is a hybrid of the two, providing something extra special and unusual. The 17 foot ceilings, massive 9 foot doors salvaged from old mansions, polished concrete floors, and exposed brick are just a few of the features that give this space its unique personality. We primarily serve professional photographers and offer hourly studio rental, as well as wardrobe rental and a selection of larger furniture pieces that can be put up in any location. The Wildflower hosts are a group of six people who are related both by blood and by love. We are a close-knit family who puts in long hours and enjoys seeing people's dreams come true! Our experience and understanding will ensure that your special day goes off without a hitch and that your guests have a fantastic time. Wildflower is a one-of-a-kind wedding location. This is a modern industrial farmhouse with a total area of 5,500 square feet. The 3,800-square-foot Wildflower Reception Room has 18-foot walls and a 31-foot ceiling peak. It features exposed beams as well as walls of glass windows and doors that look out over a two-acre pond filled with Large Mouth Bass. There's an indoor outdoor bar, as well as a 1,600 square foot wraparound covered deck with views of the meadow and pond. The groom's apartment features a flat-screen TV, leather sofa, and a private deck with fishing pond access. All fishing equipment is provided by us! The bridal suite offers front-row parking, a private entrance, a private bath, and an eight-seat make-up and hair station. The Brilo, which is attached, is a one-of-a-kind circular chamber with magnificent accommodations for you and your bridesmaids to get ready. Your wedding ceremony will be amazing, whether it is held within our breathtaking event space or outside beside the pond. Dallas weddings just don't have the same rustic charm as The Wildflower! We provide wedding reception services on 50 magnificent meadowed acres with a stunning bass-filled pond in Emory, Texas, which is a scenic drive away. A beautiful two-acre pond with a variety of birds and fish. Its banks are crammed with nooks and corners for photos, seclusion, and creating memories. At the grand entrance, you'll be greeted with massive oak and cedar trees, a never-ending rolling meadow, and a stretch of wildflowers. The meadow even has a llama named Dolly that lives there.
