The Barrington Room is a room in the Barrington Hotel (20-50 Guests) The Barrington Room, a 1,200 sq. ft. private dining space, is one of The Mill Kitchen & Bar's most well-known settings.   As a company, we're in the business of providing people with what they want... and if that includes a massive private event room loaded with dozens of games and cool, tasty beer, then you've arrived at the perfect spot, my friend. As our event space has grown to accommodate up to 300 people, we've held a broad range of events, including corporate meetings, fundraisers, alumni gatherings, class reunions, wedding receptions, baby showers, and the list goes on and on! In addition to a three-vessel, 40 BBL brewhouse, 620 BBL of fermentation space, and 320 BBLs of brite beer storage, we have a 620 BBL of fermentation space. Clarification of all of our beers is accomplished with the help of a GEA centrifuge. Red Hare, like with a small number of other craft breweries, is fortunate in that it has a full-time biochemist and a fully equipped laboratory for quality control. We were the first craft brewery in Georgia to can its beer, and we were the first brewery in the world to use the evercan, an aluminum can with a high recycled content. With a 40-head filler and six-head seamer, our canning line is capable of packaging nearly 480 cases every hour (about 11,520 cans)! It is possible for us to process 50 BBLs of beer per day on our kegging line.

  In 1836, Judge John Harris erected the residence as his townhouse. He possessed a huge property in Covington that was robbed by federal troops in 1864 when Sherman's march to the sea got underway. Sherman and Harris kept journals detailing their thirty-day stay at the Harris Plantation, which may be found at the Atlanta History Center. Following the Civil War with the property changing hands, Robert Franklin Wright purchased the property for $1,000. The Cedars is the name Robert and Salina gave to their home. The Conley Creek Event Barn is the ideal location for any gathering of family and friends.
