The Gathering House and Two Bedroom Cottage both have full kitchens, and many of our cabins and suites have kitchenettes. Our overnight guests are welcome to utilize our pool. The entire property can be rented out to assure your group's privacy. We also welcome smaller parties who only need a portion of the facility or a couple who wants to rekindle their romance in their own private suite. We'll work with you to find the ideal package for your needs. WEDDINGS Gathering Oaks Retreat is a tranquil and quiet wedding location located just outside of Waco, Texas on 30 acres. It's the ideal venue for your friends and family to congregate and stay over your wedding weekend, with onsite lodging for 50.
