A modern re-imagining of a seaside whaling tavern described in Herman Melville's Moby Dick, Quick Eternity is a new cocktail bar located in a landmarked building in the South Street Seaport with innovative cocktails, a menu of New England-accented small plates, and custom hand painted murals with art and design inspired by the classic 19th century whaling epic. Quick Eternity's second-floor event space, The Gam, can host cocktail receptions of up to 50 guests or the entire cocktail bar can be rented for buyouts of the space.

The venue is a multi-sensory experience, powered by video canvases that reflect onto the walls and floors, 130 video projectors, 54 speakers, and 22 subwoofers. Hall des Lumières totals 30,000 square feet over two levels featuring 40-foot-high ceilings and custom 100+-year-old lay lights. Chef James Kent's first solo project – two restaurant concepts in the landmark building 70 Pine Street –spans five stories including the Art Deco building’s 66th floor, a former observation deck. The two private salons on the 62nd floor can be reserved privately or combined. SAGA (2 Michelin Star restaurant) features two floors dedicated to private dining, each with windows that frame views of the city skyline and Brooklyn Bridge. The rooms range in size, accommodating business dinners and board meetings, wedding receptions, film productions, and media events. In addition to the dedicated private dining rooms, both SAGA and Overstory– SAGA's cocktail bar with a wraparound terrace–are available for partial evening and full buyouts. The terraces has full bar service in the summer for elegant parties in the daylight and heated seating across the terraces for chilly summer evenings.
