Star of Honolulu is Hawaii's largest dinner cruise vessel, sailing nightly from Pier 8 at Aloha Tower in Honolulu Harbor. The 232-foot ship offers four decks of walk-around space, panoramic ocean views, and a 60-foot observation deck overlooking Waikiki and Diamond Head — making it a distinctive setting for private receptions, corporate celebrations, and intimate ceremonies at sea. The vessel accommodates private events from 20 to over 1,000 guests across two dedicated event spaces: the top-deck Super Nova Room for larger receptions of 50 to 130 guests, and an Exclusive Lounge on the first or second deck for more intimate gatherings of 20 to 70 guests. Both spaces come with a dedicated event coordinator, a private microphone, and full entertainment programming including live jazz and Hawaiian cultural performances. Star of Honolulu is the only ADA-compliant cruise vessel in Hawaii, equipped with elevators and accessible decks throughout. All private event packages include round-trip transportation from Waikiki, champagne, souvenir photos, and a lei cake — with dining options ranging from a five-course dinner featuring Maine lobster and prime tenderloin to customizable menu selections for dietary needs.

OUTRIGGER Kāʻanapali Beach Resort — formerly known as Kāʻanapali Beach Hotel and long celebrated as "Hawai'i's Most Hawaiian Hotel" — occupies 11 acres on the golden sands of Kāʻanapali Beach along Maui's western shore. Opened in 1964 as one of Hawai'i's first planned resorts, the property earned its cultural designation through more than three decades of programming led by full-time cultural specialists, offering guests complimentary daily classes in hula, 'ukulele, lei making, Hawaiian language, and traditional arts. The resort hosts events across a range of indoor and outdoor spaces, from the 4,000-square-foot Kanahele Room — which accommodates up to 250 guests for seated dinners and receptions — to the oceanfront Signature Lawn, which can accommodate up to 400 guests with views of Puʻu Kekaʻa (Black Rock) and the Pacific. Intimate ceremonies find a fitting home on the Naupaka Lawn, set steps from the beach and framed by palm trees and tropical flowers. OUTRIGGER acquired the hotel in July 2023, completing a $75 million renovation of its 432 guest rooms while preserving the cultural programs and aloha spirit that define the property.
