During your stay, you will have exclusive use of the main house and grounds, and the fee will cover standard cleaning, taxes, and service fees - as well as vendor load in and load out, as well as use of our Bose professional-grade sound system. Equipment rental, catering, chairs and tables (beyond what is already on the premises for resident guests), and other similar expenses are not included.
