New York Marble Cemetery is a historic half-acre walled garden tucked into the interior of a city block in Manhattan's East Village, accessible through iron gates at 41½ Second Avenue via a 100-foot private alley. Founded in 1830 as the oldest public non-denominational cemetery in New York City, the grounds are enclosed by 12-foot Tuckahoe marble walls and contain 156 underground burial vaults. The site holds dual designations as a New York City Landmark and a listing on the National Register of Historic Places. The cemetery accommodates private events of up to 120 guests on a center lawn spanning roughly 30 by 150 feet. The range of events hosted includes weddings, fundraisers, fashion shows, corporate gatherings, film and television productions, poetry readings, and art shows. Catering, food, BBQ, and alcohol are permitted on the grounds. Quiet music is welcome at or below 60 decibels; dancing, loud music, and Halloween-themed events are not permitted. The venue does not supply bathrooms, electricity, or garbage services, and renters are required to carry $2 million in private event insurance.

From art shows to meetings, trade shows to sales, Metropolitan Pavilion places the highest priority on the safety of its clients and guests at all of its events. We strive to make our clients, guests, and visitors feel safe. Our staff adheres to all COVID-related requirements throughout the duration of every event they are involved in. And we are delighted to be able to share them with you. When events are taking place, we sanitize each and every event floor every 30 minutes. This includes surfaces that are frequently touched, such as door handles. We use 3M's hospital-grade disinfectant/germicide in a 5L container. We use the same product to sanitize all restrooms. We have hand sanitizers mounted on the walls in all of our restrooms and entrance lobbies, as well as in our offices and staff rooms. Our security team ensures that foot traffic is kept separate between designated entrances and exits on the premises. This eliminates the possibility of attendees arriving and departing at the same time. We also educate and train all of our employees on all COVID-19 protocols and guidelines, which are provided by Metropolitan Pavilion. The filtration in our HVAC system has been upgraded to general surgery grade performance. Our filters, which have a MERV rating of 13 (Minimum Efficiency Reporting Value), are capable of controlling particles as small as 1.0–0.3 microns in size, including droplet nuclei. As much as we can, we assist our clients in planning and hosting their event safely and in accordance with CDC guidelines and industry best practices. Every effort should be made to keep guests and staff at a minimum of 6 feet apart when possible. When offered, hand sanitizer must be used immediately. Aside from that, full proof of vaccination is required at all indoor events, and we collaborate with our clients to ensure that guests arrive on time. This contributes to maintaining a steady, socially distant flow.

The Bartow-Pell Mansion Museum, located in the Bronx's Pelham Bay Park and the only remaining big country estate in the city, covers the social history of the individuals who lived and worked on the estate during the nineteenth century. The mission of the Bartow-Pell Mansion Museum, which is the last remaining "great country estate" in the Bronx Pelham Bay Park, is to create a vibrant site through the preservation, restoration, and interpretation of the property and grounds for the benefit of the public throughout the greater New York City metropolitan area and beyond. In order to achieve our mission, we must do the following things: 1) protect, preserve, and restore the site's architecture, landscape, and collection; 2) interpret the site's history in compelling and innovative ways; and 3) develop dynamic education programs for students in grades K-12, adults, and families. In addition to being administered by the Bartow-Pell Conservancy, which is a proud partner member of the Historic House Trust and the New York City Department of Parks and Recreation, the Bartow-Pell Mansion Museum is home to the Bartow-Pell Mansion Museum.
