Arlington Acres is a charming, historic bank barn set on a working modern farm, centrally located in northwest Ohio and just minutes away from Tiffin, Ohio. The surrounding fields and woods provide a quiet, scenic escape and truly allows you and your guests to relax and feel at home on the farm. The old barn itself offers a timeless space full of beautiful, hand cut barn beams, and romantic lighting that can be set up for a ceremony or a reception. We also have an additional space attached to the barn that is bright white and modern, perfectly combining sleek white lines and the old world charm of the original barn. Our maximum capacity is 250. The lower level of the barn is full of modern amenities needed to prepare for your special day, including our modern bridal suite, groom room, bathrooms and catering prep space. Outside of the barn there is a lush, spacious lawn next to an old silo. The silo and the barn are the perfect backdrop for a ceremony, yard games or a reception on the lawn. The Friesian Empire Events Center was originally founded in 2002 and formerly known as The Friesian Empire and Equine Center. It was described as the largest Equestrian Facility in Franklin County and one of the largest Equestrian facilities in all of Central Ohio. Horse enthusiasts flew in from around the world for horse Shows, horse clinics, horse auctions and Friesian horse inspections. The owner wanted to expand the facility to something that could include more than just horse owners, but people who appreciate the serene setting of a horse farm for their special event. The conversion process has taken years to complete (we are hoping to have everything 100% completed and ready for weddings and events by Summer/Fall of 2025. The property has nearly 50 very scenic and wooded acres with 2 large ponds and thousands of feet of 4 rail white vinyl horse fencing. Our venue consists of approximately 42,000 SF of indoor entertainment areas, not to mention the outdoor entertaining areas! Our grounds and buildings are equipped with numerous security cameras. We are equipped and permitted to hold events that include up to 1,888 people (total interior occupancy). Of course, we have areas for much smaller events.

Legend Lake Golf Club has welcomed golfers to Chardon, Ohio since 1968, when designer Reece Alexander converted a 200-acre dairy farm in Geauga County into a Par 72 course built around Legend Lake and Legend Creek. Alexander planted more than 4,000 trees, including soft pines, white pines, elms, and maples, that have matured into the strategic defenses of a shot-maker's course known for its speedy, subtle greens and rounds that move in under four hours. The club's barn-style clubhouse keeps its original barn wood and gambrel roofline, with a circular staircase inside one of its two silos leading up to the Legend Bar and Grill, an old-world Irish pub setting overlooking the course through two large windows. This bar and dining hall doubles as the club's Banquet Center, hosting up to 150 guests for weddings, showers, reunions, baptisms and communions, birthday parties, award ceremonies, corporate dinners, and celebration-of-life luncheons. Set in Valley City, Ohio — approximately 25 minutes south of Cleveland — the club's copper-roofed clubhouse is the visual landmark that gives the venue its name, housing a combined 22,500 square feet of event facilities. The Ballroom accommodates up to 200 guests in a 3,000-square-foot setting defined by floor-to-ceiling windows and a private deck with views of the back nine — a natural fit for full-scale receptions and seated dinners. Sauer's Farm Park is a 186-acre historic property managed by the Ashland County Park District, set east of Greenwich, Ohio. The grounds preserve the Sauers family homestead, including timber-framed barns dating to the 1850s, an apple orchard with 45 varieties, a fishing pond, and more than three miles of trails winding through hardwood forest and prairie grassland. Sauers Barn, a century barn at the heart of the property, is available for private rentals from May through October. The space accommodates up to 250 guests for weddings and large celebrations, with twelve 72-inch round tables and twelve 96-inch rectangular tables included. Set on more than 20 tranquil acres, the property offers multiple outdoor ceremony locations, including an open lawn below the barn with a rustic barn-wood pergola, plus plenty of scenic backdrops for photos. Onsite lodging keeps the whole celebration in one place: the Bunkhouse provides cozy two-bedroom, two-bath suites where the bridal party can get ready, and the Homestead, a beautifully remodeled 1835 two-story brick house, sleeps twelve for out-of-town guests.
