The Ashley, an event and banquet hall in Charleston, SC, is located at 1940 Sam Rittenberg Blvd, near Citadel Mall, in the West Ashley neighborhood. The economical and appealing event space is great for weddings and receptions, rehearsal dinners, corporate events, graduation celebrations, reunions, birthday parties, and more. It is set in a freestanding brick structure with ample parking near lovely downtown Charleston. Groups of 20 to 100 people can be accommodated at the Ashley. We will work with all event planners, vendors, and caterers in the Charleston area to meet your needs. We introduced The Ashley to West Ashley to address a vacuum in the Charleston area for inexpensive venues and event spaces. Rates are reasonable and available upon request; however, rates are not quoted because they are subject to change depending on the date, weekday, hour of the event, and time of year. If The Ashley is a good fit for your organization, we'll try to come up with a rate that works for your occasion. The Ashley is willing to work with you to make your event more reasonable. Charleston event space has gotten pricey, and The Ashley is eager to work with you to make your event happen at a reasonable price. Visit The Ashley event space, which looks fantastic, extremely warm and inviting, a touch rustic but very exquisite. Monday through Thursday, The Ashley is also interested in collaborating with non-profit organizations at even lower rates. Please contact us to see if The Ashley is a good fit for your company. A foyer area with a full-service bar is included in the event space. The dining room can accommodate groups of 20 to 100 people. A patio is also available. Tables and elegant X-Back Chairs, as well as additional chairs, are available for rent. Four buffet tables and four cocktail tables are also included. Additional serving tables can be rented as well. If your event requires it, the Ashley has a big kitchen that will be available to your caterer as well as bar service. There is lots of free parking on the premises.

Housed in downtown Greenville's historic Huguenot Mill, the Huguenot Mill Loft at the Peace Center occupies the upper level of a textile mill built in 1882, one of the city's oldest structures. The 8,400-square-foot loft retains its original wood plank flooring, beam ceilings, exposed brick, and vintage architectural hardware, giving the space the feel of a SoHo artist loft while overlooking the Reedy River. The open floor plan and natural light from the mill's original windows suit weddings, corporate events, presentations, and large cocktail receptions alike, with room for up to 400 guests standing or 300 seated. The Belmont Inn is a historic hotel in the Abbeville Historic District of Abbeville, South Carolina, listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Built in 1903 as the Eureka Hotel at a cost of $30,000, the property once served as a railroad hotel and stopover for Vaudeville performers traveling between New York and Miami, hosting guests including entertainers Fanny Brice and Jimmy Durante and President Jimmy Carter. The building reflects Spanish architectural design, with original details that include a slate roof, a marble veranda, and marble terrazzo floors, along with custom cabinetmaker-built doorways and handcrafted armoires from the early 20th century. After a period of decline in the 1970s, the property underwent extensive restoration in the 1980s and now offers 25 elegantly restored guest rooms that pair historic character with modern comforts like high-speed internet and refined hardwood floors. Housed in a restored 1903 building in Columbia, South Carolina, 701 Whaley began as the company store for the area's textile mills and, by 1909, had become the community center for mill workers — known simply as "The Y," complete with a bowling alley, gymnasium, and dance hall. After decades of decline and a partial roof collapse led the city to condemn the building, a team of local developers purchased and restored the 55,000-square-foot structure, which is now listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Today the venue offers a range of distinct event spaces within the historic building, from the Grand Hall's floor-to-ceiling windows and Grand Staircase to the Granby Room's street-level glass storefront and original wood columns. The Olympia Room, on the second floor, retains its original hardwood floors and 17-foot ceilings, while The Pool — a 1918 space reopened in 2022 — features a glass floor, soaring windows, and hand-laid mosaic tile skylit from above. Rental is for the room only it ranges from 4hour rental to an 8 hour rental There is a large screen in the center of the room that is available for access as a charge This room can be used for small to large business meetings depending on how you would like the room set-up. We have 8 foot folding tables & padded chairs available for the business meeting set-up For a party or wedding venue we can offer the use of our 8 foot folding tables or large round tables this is based on the number of people in attendance. We have white chair covers on the chairs for the party. The 3rd floor is accessible from the main elevators & there are 4 steps down to the 3rd floor Conference area.
