Oasis on the Beach is an oceanfront restaurant and private event venue in Kapaa, Kauai, open since 2010. Every table faces the water, and a seaside walkway fronts the property — providing panoramic ocean views that are especially striking during moonrise. The kitchen is built on a farm-to-table philosophy, handpicking ingredients from local Kauai farmers, fishermen, and ranchers and sourcing wines from biodynamic and organic farms. Signature partners include Growing Strong Farm, Kauai Glory Farm, and local fishermen who supply the day's fresh catch. For private events, Oasis hosts full restaurant buyouts for groups of 30 to 100 guests. The team offers multiple banquet packages — from a five-appetizer reception format to a full plated dinner — and is happy to tailor menus to accommodate specific requests and dietary preferences. In-house catering is handled by the restaurant's culinary team, and private beach dinners are also available.

Through instructive and participatory tours of our everyday operations, we promote natural farming and coconut information. Our efforts are aimed at nurturing and raising community awareness about this miraculous plant. We planted approximately 250 sprouting coconuts 12 years ago, and they are now fully mature fruit bearing trees. With over 300 days of sunshine per year, Maui's environment provides some of the best growing conditions for coconut palms in the world. Coconut trees bear fruit all year, and these conditions provide our farm with a potential annual production of approximately 10,000 nuts. We propagate a variety of native tropical plants and fruits in addition to the coconut palms. Bananas, papayas, avocados, mangos, pineapples, and sugar cane, as well as an exotic citrus grove, grow abundantly on the land. We're a friendly coconut farm in your area. Mulligans on the Blue is Maui's only Irish-owned and operated pub, restaurant, and events venue, situated in Kihei with unobstructed ocean views overlooking the Pacific. The open-air setting, paired with the warmth of Irish hospitality, makes it a distinctive option for private celebrations on Maui — from intimate rehearsal dinners to full restaurant buyouts.
