An open fireplace and stainless steel wainscoting add to the room's contemporary design. The Sauna Room is a semi-private event area located on the first floor, which provides access to the energy of the main restaurant. There is a sliding steel and glass door that separates the main dining room from the private dining room area. Please keep in mind that this room does not have soundproofing. The Boulevard Room can be accessed by ascending a few steps from the main dining room. The space is flooded with natural light thanks to the large, floor-to-ceiling windows. Privately owned, one-of-a-kind commercial loft spaces are available for rental on a daily or short-term basis. In the heart of Manhattan's SOHO district, this hotel is ideally situated. Product launches, exhibition spaces, fashion shows, film and television productions, and photo shoots are some of the most common uses for this type of space. The lofts have a total floor area of 30,000 square feet that can be customized to suit your needs. There are currently three lofts available: one on the ground floor, one on the lower level, and one on the second floor. There are also upper built-out floors available on the property as an option. This cast iron building, built in 1890 in a bustling area of Manhattan, was occupied by a famous textile manufacturing company at the time of its construction. Natural light floods in through 15-foot-high sash windows that look out onto Mercer and Broadway. They also have an elevator. We found a perfect cozy space at the end of an unused alley off the Bowery in the fall of 2004, and Freemans Restaurant was born. The restaurant's concept was to create a rough, secretive colonial American tavern. Early Americans imagined the cuisine to be simple, rustic, and inspired by Old World traditions. We've held everything from weddings and birthday parties to movie premieres, luncheons, wrap parties, bridal showers, and business dinners over the years. For seated dinner parties or cocktail celebrations, Freemans has three private rooms available. The entire second floor, including the drawing room, or the entire restaurant, can be rented for groups of 30 to 200 people. Our intimate working wine cellar provides an exceptional eating environment. In your own private wine cellar, seats 10-12 guests for a sit-down lunch or dinner. In an elegant 2nd floor dining room, the Blue Room seats 13-20 guests for a sit-down lunch or dinner, or up to 30 guests for a cocktail reception.
