The cost of all weekend events is a three-night minimum buyout of the entire property (approximately $6,500), plus an additional fee based on the number of guests and type of event, which can range between $500 and $7,500 depending on the event. During your stay, you will have exclusive use of the main house and grounds, and the fee will cover standard cleaning, taxes, and service fees - as well as vendor load in and load out, as well as use of our Bose professional-grade sound system.
