Megobrebo! (Dear Friends!) Welcome to Tabla, DC’s first and second with Supra being our sister restaurant (and only) Georgian restaurants. As no less a chef than Rene Redzepi put it a few years ago, Georgian is the last great undiscovered cuisine in Europe. He was right then, but it’s no longer ‘undiscovered.’ In 2017, we opened Supra at 11th and M, and it’s been a big hit, bringing cheesy khachapuri, soup filled ‘khinkali’ dumplings, and Georgia’s many veggie options to DC diners.
