Carroll Hall is a rare and unexpected event space featuring a botanic garden in Brooklyn. We welcome all types of private events, from weddings, baby showers, bridal showers, and birthday parties to art exhibits, performances, corporate functions, fundraisers and film shoots. The space encompasses a total of 10,000 square feet, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor areas. For indoor events, we have an open warehouse space, a skylit indoor catering room, and a private mezzanine lounge. Ultimately, the garden is the heart of our space, created as a quiet retreat among plants, birds, insects, and urban wildlife. Tucked in the back of our garden is a discreet wooden "treehouse", perfect for a quiet moment during any event. Carroll Hall and Dameron Architecture were awarded the 2022 AIA New York Design Award Citation for Reclaiming Urban Space. Our commitment to sustainability is reflected in our very foundation, which uses original bricks and existing ceramic brick walls from the prior warehouse structure, and most of the interior wood is reclaimed. Within our five turn-of-the-century warehouses, The 1896, Studios & Stages houses over a dozen different shooting locations for Photo, Film, Commercials, and Events. Opened in 2008 by sculptor Jen Durbin, The 1896 has welcomed productions and events both small & large for nearly two decades. The site boasts many of its original features, most notably the century-old textured warehouse walls and brick-lined 110' long entrance & promenade, gorgeous skylit warehouses with a 37-foot high clerestory of windows, a 70-foot smokestack towering over Flushing Avenue, a freight elevator with original gear room, and a wrought-iron balcony and fire escape opening onto a brick-lined courtyard. The 1896 with its multiple maze of interconnected and towering warehouses and breakout rooms, both indoor and out, serve as a raw canvas for anything from a stunning Wedding to shape shifting Immersive & Interactive Events and Brand launches, raucous live Concerts blazing til dawn to mud-slinging Fashion Shows and Carnival-themed Birthday bashes. The capacity taps at 274 without permit but swells up to 1200 with a TPA. Positioned inside the North Brooklyn Industrial Business Zone in Bushwick, our parties feel on the edge of nowhere but turn the corner and you hit a dozen taco stands and the Jefferson L. Our vision for this multi-purpose 26,000 square foot filming and event location presented an opportunity to protect this historic block of buildings from the fate of over-development and to preserve it for the arts. Striking a balance between protecting the hard-earned beauty and retrofitting it with all the conveniences and comforts of a modern production studio and event space, The 1896 time worn patina and raw historic charm belie its intimate and personal touch.

A Wedding at Deity is housed in a non-traditional and affordable venue located in Downtown Brooklyn. This unique setting is designed, owned and operated by a married pair. In fact, the first Deity Wedding was the marriage of it’s creators in 2007. Our romantic space provides full-service access for your ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner followed by a reception with DJ. Price per person is $150-$200 per person, for EVERYTHING except photographer, cake and officiant. The unique venue have been featured in over a dozen magazines and have been Winners of The Knot “Best of” Weddings 2018! And awarded “Couple’s Choice” 4 years in a row on Wedding Wire for their impeccable service to their customers.

A revitalized 1928 theater in the heart of Downtown Brooklyn, Roulette features a dramatic proscenium and charming balcony, seating for up to 400 (550 standing), unsurpassed acoustics and sight lines, and superb production equipment. The 6,000-square-foot theater is available to rent year round for galas, film shoots, concerts, weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs, conferences, and more. Regency is a community and event space dedicated to healing and regeneration. Venue located in Brooklyn and deign to host green community events, support aligned small businesses, donate space to social causes, and provide a platform for regenerative projects to form. The venue is also ideal to host for weddings, parties, photo and film shoots, and workshops.

Pioneer Works is a 501c3 non-profit that presents programs, public events, artist residencies, and classes — 85% of which are free and open to the public — across the disciplines of visual art, science, music, technology, and narrative arts. Pioneer Works offers unique, scalable spaces and a 20,000-square-foot garden that can accommodate a wide variety of events: from large-scale build outs, conferences and dinners, to film shoots, screenings and intimate receptions. Income generated by rentals goes directly back into supporting our programs, public events, artist residencies and classes. Rental fees ranging from $10,000 - $38,000 are daily rates for 8am–1am. Overages are subject to an additional hourly fee. Non-profit organizations receive a 20% discount off our standard rental pricing. Pioneer Works is a multi-functional space. An additional fee will apply to limit staff and residents access to the building around the event.

Founded in 2022, The Broad Center is a grassroots organization driven by a bold mission: to dismantle systemic inequities and empower New Yorkers impacted by poverty, homelessness, addiction, mental illness, and social exclusion. What began as a local outreach effort distributing meals and hygiene kits has quickly grown into a vital safety net for thousands across the city. Our work centers around three core service categories: Crisis Support & Stabilization – Housing assistance, harm reduction outreach, daily meals, and essential goods for individuals navigating homelessness, addiction, or acute need. - Health & Wellness – Trauma-informed mental health services, overdose prevention education, and a safe space for healing, rest, and community. - Empowerment & Opportunity – Job readiness programs, structured workshops, digital access, and referrals to long-term care, housing, and employment partners. We work with a deeply diverse and resilient community—primarily Black and Latinx New Yorkers—many of whom are immigrants, LGBTQ+ individuals, elders, or single parents facing multiple systemic barriers. To date, we’ve registered over 2,700 registered members. Our approach is holistic, trauma-informed, and rooted in lived experience. Our staff and volunteers are often members of the very communities we serve, allowing us to provide care that is not only accessible but deeply resonant. As part of our current fundraising efforts to promote our non-profit, we are renting out our Community Center for events. Our large, open space is perfect for a variety of occasions. If you are partying, please pick up and take trash to the outside parking area side of the building after event. If guest are caught littering or causing commotion on the outside perimeter host will be penalized with a fee or may even be banned. Please respect surrounding areas. No alcohol out on the outside perimeter, No more than 100 guest at a time. No disorderly conduct. You can cancel your event before 14 days before the event for a full refund of deposit.

KAI studio is a luxurious 6,000 square foot bi-level venue located in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. The Asian inspired design in this former storage warehouse, showcases custom hand carved woodworks from around the globe. The venue provides a blank canvas draped with soaring 30 foot white velour curtains throughout an open floor plan and luminous color downlighting to enhance any theme you can image.
