If you are partying, please pick up and take trash to the outside parking area side of the building after event. If guest are caught littering or causing commotion on the outside perimeter host will be penalized with a fee or may even be banned. Please respect surrounding areas. No alcohol out on the outside perimeter, No more than 100 guest at a time. No disorderly conduct. You can cancel your event before 14 days before the event for a full refund of deposit.
