The Penthouse The Penthouse, which is on the 21st story, has a panoramic view of New York City. Private Dining Room The private dining room at Narcissa may seat up to 10 people for a private lunch, dinner, or meeting. The location, which is adjacent to the restaurant's main dining room and has its own private bar, overlooks our tranquil garden. On request, a high-definition LED television screen can be used for presentations.
