The Knowlton is the newest venue in Fairfield County. In the Historic Armstrong Manufacturing building that has been converted into 3 Unique events spaces surrounded by a mural park and living on the Pequonnock River. The Boathouse is the largest space and has the flexibility to seat up to 350 or 500 cocktail style. It has 27' High Peaks, Amazing HVAC & Ventilation, 3 12'x14' Glass Garage Doors that open to a 1,200 Sq Ft deck on the river with Lawn Access, 2 Green Rooms, 7 Gender Neutral Bathrooms, 500 sq ft catering area, natural wood floors and ample parking. The Two smaller spaces look like SoHo galleries, Natural wood floors, 14' ceilings and newly renovated gender neutral bathrooms. The Wilder Gallery is the 3,000 Sq and perfect for events up to 125-200 Guests The Armstrong Gallery is the smallest of the spaces and has a built in bar and part of the machinery to the oldest elevator in CT that creates a unique visual. SaksWorks Greenwich is a new event venue in downtown Greenwich. Our newly renovated Beaux Arts limestone building features two floors of flexible event space. Rooms can be used individually or in combination to create a unique experience for your guests. Each room is furnished with a mixture of lounge and traditional seating, and impeccably styled with plants, books and more. While we can accommodate up to 250 guests for a standing reception, our largest room can seat 80 guests at round tables. Our mission is to promote under-represented local artists, offer free art classes to under-served students and provide the public with a welcoming space to enjoy art and music. The Norwalk Art Space at ADK House welcomes private events. We offer a contemporary, airy, and artistic new event space, newly renovated in 2020/21, and conveniently located off I-95 in Norwalk. Featuring a 2,200sf gallery, versatile loft space, separate 450sf dining area, and outdoor patio, ADK House offers many flexible options for your next special event. Exclusive catering at ADK House is provided by Marcia Selden Catering (www.marciaselden.com). We can accommodate approximately 120 guests for a sit-down dinner and up to 220 guests for a cocktail-style event.
