The venue, which was built in 1926, was previously the house of one of Los Angeles' most well-known architects. The building's creative pedigree can be seen in the unique design characteristics throughout the site, which was later bought by Otis College of Art and Design. In all of Los Angeles, there is absolutely nothing else like it. As you walk into the entrance rooms, hand stenciled fresco ceilings catch your eye.
