Well& by Durst is a constantly evolving experience designed to energize, inspire and connect our guests in a healthy and productive environment. Well& by Durst is the premier event and meeting space on the 64th floor of One World Trade Center, with up to 10,000 square feet of usable space. On event day, your guests will enjoy unparalleled views of Manhattan, the Statue of Liberty, as well as the Brooklyn, Williamsburg and Manhattan bridges, along with the use of our in-house furniture, state-of-the-art technology equipment, and breakout and common area rooms. We customize each event and meeting hosted here, meaning the total event fee is based off your specific event needs and consists of a flat-rate venue fee plus a per person catering package. Food and beverage services are provided by our in-house catering team through Legends Hospitality.

Located right next to the Transmitter Park waterfront in Greenpoint, Brooklyn - ‘21’ quickly became a neighborhood favorite. Homer’s focus has always been on creating flavorful, seasonal, unpretentious fare. This ethos and effort has placed 21 Greenpoint and Murray as a Michelin Bib Gourmand award-winner consistently since 2018. 21 Greenpoint is a New York City Bistro in Greenpoint, Brooklyn with a full bar, indoor and outdoor seating areas. We offer partial buyouts for up to 45 seated guests indoors and up to 20 guests outdoors on our patio. A full buyout is always an option for more than 50 guests.
