Shell's Loft Fort Greene features three beautiful, light-filled spaces decked out with Shell's signature decor and our biggest plants (and indoor trees!) yet. Offering about 12,000 square feet of exhibition space in a converted industrial warehouse, Faurschou New York, is located in the Greenpoint neighborhood of Brooklyn. The Faurschou Foundation was established in 2011 by Mr. Faurschou after decades as gallery owner focusing on international contemporary art. Faurschou New York and Chef Refslund represent a perfect partnership, as they compliment each other’s stunning collections of inspirations. Terroir represents the sum of natural forces: soil condition, sun, wind, and rain. When we eat food that expresses terroir, we feel connected to a particular area of land and sea, and its unique characteristics, and by extension, to the people that live there, their struggles and sensibilities. Thus, Chef Refslund’s menus feature a naturalistic and hyperseasonal cuisine, with a clearly defined focus on vegetables indigenous to the region, seasonal bounty and honoring the Earth’s cycles.

The loft visually immerses you in nostalgia with its vintage furniture and classic speakeasy vibe. The lovingly renovated interior of original wood and reclaimed metal, with 15-ft ceilings and custom art pieces make a stunning, camera-ready setting for film, photo shoots, or special events. A 24-person capacity private roof deck provides day and nighttime options for outside activities. The street-level gallery offers a crisp white-brick gallery space with neutral gray concrete floors and walls stretching 15 ft in height. Blue Hill at Stone Barns, our restaurant located in Westchester County, offers a private dining for up to 14 guests and the HayLoft which seats 40 to 260 guests. In addition, meetings, outings and retreats for up to 260 guests can be accommodated on-site, with custom team-building activities led by farmers and chefs. Blue Hill On the Road brings our cuisine, staff, style and expertise to your guests at venues throughout New York City, the Hudson Valley and farther afield. Country Blue Hill at Stone Barns, our restaurant located in Westchester County, offers private dining for up to 14 guests and the HayLoft, which seats 40-260 guests. Private events are also occasionally hosted in the restaurant main dining room, which seats up to 125 guests. Over 15,000 square feet of indoor space is available for events of different formats and sizes. Corporate meetings and outings of up to 260 guests can be held with the option of custom team-building activities led by farmers and chefs.
