We believe great food is born from the best ingredients. The cooking process begins with many questions and informed decisions. Which farm? What are the farming practices? Which breed of animal? Regular menu items include oak smoked beef brisket, hickory smoked chicken, dry rub ribs done with apple and cherry wood & apple-hickory smoked pulled pork. Nestled within the grounds of the Community House, the Historic Gardens provide a timeless setting for a magical wedding ceremony or an enchanting alfresco dinner.
