Thurman's Mansion is a 7,000-square-foot, two-story native limestone building in Driftwood, Texas, named for the late Thurman Roberts, founder of the Salt Lick BBQ. Originally intended as the Roberts family home, the mansion was repurposed as a wedding and event venue and remains a member of the Salt Lick family today.
