Beauty & Essex is available for all variety of events, from intimate dinners for 12 up to cocktail events for 550 people. The restaurant sits behind a functioning pawn shop and has a full service bar on both floors, as well as 4 dining rooms and a lounge area. Each of our spaces can be reserved semi-privately or combined for full floor and restaurant buyouts. Unique on the Lower East Side, the atmosphere of the 10,000 square foot space is both grand and intimate, moody and effervescent. Various rooms for lounging and dining unfold on two floors, like a large turn-of-the-century townhouse. Each room has its own unique elements that celebrate timeless jewelry designs and upscale jewelry stores. The space is truly versatile and is ideal for corporate events, fashion shows, reward dinners, movie premiere parties, and film shoots.

Sadelle’s is a New York brunch institution located in the heart of Soho. Serving the best bagels in New York City, Sadelle’s offers quintessential classics like sliced-to-order salmon and sturgeon, chopped salads, and other New York classics in an updated, fun yet refined fashion. Sadelle's is available for large party bookings and for full restaurant buyouts. With a full buyout, the restaurant can seat 80 guests for seated events and up to 200 guests for a cocktail-style reception. Sadelle's 3rd Floor dining room offers a more private experience for parties of up to 40 seated or 50 for cocktails, while our Communal Table is the perfect size for groups up to 16 guests.

Color Factory is a collaborative interactive exhibit that debuted in San Francisco in August 2017. What was intended as a month-long run unexpectedly flourished as a celebration of color and creativity that lasted for another eight sold-out months. In August 2018, a whole new palette came to New York City in SoHo’s Hudson Square neighborhood. In 20,000 square feet, we feature brand-new participatory installations of colors we’ve collected around the city— hues that invite curiosity, discovery and play. Some of our favorite artists, creatives, designers and makers are teaming up with us to tell their unique color stories and engage all of your senses in unexpected ways. Our beautiful pre-war machine shop in the heart of Williamsburg showcases 1920s’ chic decor, exposed brick and soaring ceilings. The building includes a first floor gallery, second floor vintage loft, and roof deck. The building can host up to 74 guests. The loft visually immerses you in nostalgia with its vintage furniture and classic speakeasy vibe. The lovingly renovated interior of original wood and reclaimed metal, with 15-ft ceilings and custom art pieces make a stunning, camera-ready setting for film, photo shoots, or special events. A 24-person capacity private roof deck provides day and nighttime options for outside activities. The street-level gallery offers a crisp white-brick gallery space with neutral gray concrete floors and walls stretching 15 ft in height. Our flexible space can host your conference, launch party, holding, film or photo shoot, wedding or reception.
