JBG Studio offers a versatile and affordable space for video production, filming, photography, podcasts, film screenings, content creation, auditions, events, and more. The studio features a cozy outdoor area illuminated by vintage string lights. The outdoor space can be used for your guests to mingle and relax, filming or photoshoots. We can provide tables and chairs for your guests, or cast and crew. Our Studio features a state-of-the-art screening room to showcase your film, and it is equipped with a 4K laser projector and seating for up to 50 guests. Our expert in-house AVL technician is available to assist you with any production requirements. We offer support for various production needs, specifically in audio, video, and lighting equipment and services. Our extensive inventory includes equipment for podcasts, live streaming, films, and commercial videos, featuring top-of-the-line 8K digital cinema cameras and professional lighting. Also, AV equipment such as speakers and microphones are available. Additionally, we provide a professional crew, props, costumes, and more. Have your next production with us!

Beautiful and newly renovated space just a block off Beverly Hills with a beautiful and green outdoor patio that comfortably seats 10 (if you bring your own tables or we bring inside tables outside we could fit 30 people outside in a row!). The space is a café with comfortable brown leather seats, tiled flooring and typical office lights above (which can give off harsh lighting). However! We are happy to help you transform this space into anything you dream of - just ask us and we'll do our best to accommodate you in any way possible. Like bringing softer lighting for a dinner. American Beauty is a neighborhood steakhouse featuring multiple indoor & outdoor event spaces. Our creative and open spaces feature a collection of photography along with hand painted murals from Venice based artist, Muck Rock. Chef Elisha Ben-Haim’s menu showcases the wide range of beef, seafood and farmers market vegetables available in Southern California. We offer a broad range of local and small production spirits, craft cocktails and beers, and a wine list with over 200 selections. Our restaurant hosts multiple event spaces that can be broken up for smaller parties, combined for larger parties, or fully included for full buyouts. Holocaust Museum LA is the first survivor-founded and oldest Holocaust museum in the United States. Its genesis dates to the 1960s, when a group of survivors met and discovered that each of them had a photograph, document, or personal item from before the war. They decided that these artifacts needed a permanent home where they could be displayed safely and in perpetuity. They also wanted a place to memorialize their loved ones who perished and help to educate the public so that no one would ever forget. Founded in 1961, Holocaust Museum LA is the only cultural institution in Los Angeles with a sole focus on the horrific impact and the enormity of the Holocaust that is free for students. Through customized tours, artifact-rich exhibitions, creative educational programs, and intergenerational conversations with survivors, the Museum teaches students and visitors to think critically about the lessons of the Holocaust and its social relevance today. Museum admission is always free for students from anywhere across the globe. On October 14, 2010, Holocaust Museum LA opened the doors to its permanent home in Pan Pacific Park. The Museum building, designed by acclaimed architect Hagy Belzberg, has received many architectural awards, including LEED Gold Certification, AIA Awards for Architecture and Interior Architecture, the Los Angeles Cultural Affairs Commission Design Honor Award and the Green Building Design Award.

Petty Cash, a semi-authentic taqueria, is the collaboration between celebrated Chef Walter Manzke and a myriad of talent drawn from East LA, Baja and beyond. Petty Cash is a taqueria with multiple spaces throughout that can be used for events including full restaurant buyouts. The spaces that can be booked are the bar, art wall communal tables, picnic tables, and hi top tables. Types of events that can be hosted at Petty Cash Taqueria & Bar include birthday parties, brunch parties, office happy hours, banquets, premiere parties, and more. All events include custom menus from Chef Walter Manzke with additional drink and cocktail packages.

SmogShoppe, a former smog-check facility from the 1980s, is now a 6,500 square foot indoor/outdoor event space powered entirely by solar energy and a paradise for desert plants, vertical gardens, and sophisticated vintage furnishings. Live concerts, private events, courtyard weddings, receptions, exhibitions, and productions can all be held in the combined indoor and external areas. The floor plan of the venue can accommodate 250 people for live events and cocktail parties, 150 people for garden performances and ceremonies, and 150 people for formal sit-down dinners. SmogShoppe is conveniently located in the middle of the Culver City art/design district, just minutes from Santa Monica, LAX, Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, and Downtown Los Angeles, and is easily accessible from the 10 highway. The vast courtyard area of SmogShoppe is a calm break and a pleasant surprise for visitors. It's a green paradise in the heart of Los Angeles, encircled by garden walls that cover nearly 2,000 square feet. The Grand Hall features 15-foot ceilings and 18-foot glass rollup doors. The SmogShoppe in Los Angeles boasts a 20-foot digital cinema screen, as well as a mixing board, sound system, and lighting equipment that are excellent for live performances, film screenings, wrap parties, DJs, and VJs. Crow’s Nest is a private dressing room with a panoramic view of the city. The ideal retreat for musicians, weddings, grooms, VIPs, and hosts. SmogShoppe is one of Los Angeles' and the United States' most environmentally friendly urban locations. The room meets or exceeds virtually all of the requirements for LEED Platinum certification from the US Green Building Council in nearly every category. By repurposing almost 80% of the existing structure, the impact of demolition and construction was reduced. 90% of the building materials were either Green certified or upcycled and/or locally made. From the demolition, salvaged metal and wood were scrapped and used to build the furniture.

Ronan is a seasonal share plates restaurant serving dinner seven nights a week as well as Sunday Brunch. Ronan is owned and operated by Chef Daniel Cutler and his wife, Caitlin. The menu features local produce, responsibly raised proteins, and Neapolitan pizza. Ronan has a full bar of craft cocktails run by Bar Director, Jeremy Wade, as well as a curated, rotating selection of natural and biodynamic wines hand selected by Caitlin. We are available for full and partial restaurant buyouts and would love to help make your event a memorable one! The Loft at Liz’s art gallery in Los Angeles features both emerging and established artists and artisans, fostering an open dialogue between eclectic and diverse points of view, ideologies and experiences. Works of all mediums are featured. Located in the historic Miracle Mile district of Los Angeles, the hardware store was born in 1979 when Liz happened upon a 4000 square foot warehouse in Chicago filled to the brim with objects culled by a local picker from garage sales, abandoned buildings, and flea markets. Liz purchased the contents, and with her keen eye set to work organizing the haphazard menagerie into a successful wholesale hardware department store. In 1992 the business relocated to Los Angeles, where Liz’s Antique Hardware remains a staple for the Southern California antique and interior design community. Our space is a 1,200+ sq ft New York style loft with weathered hardwood floors, wood ceiling beams and plenty of natural light. A fine art gallery open to the public daily, exhibits are changed bi-monthly. Art exhibits are thematically curated. Please contact gallery staff for upcoming or current exhibit details. Decor features vintage lighting and antique hardware. Two staircases lead up to the loft: one is accessed through the store and a private entrance is conveniently accessed through the back alley. A smaller private room off of the main area can be used for a full bar or DJ set-up. Location includes built-in high performance audio and wireless PA system. A fully functional kitchen includes antique appliances, hardwood kitchen island and stainless steel shelving.
