Chefs from the Bespoke team lead groups through preparing a multi-course meal. After the cooking is finished, participants retreat to the loft-like dining room and enjoy being served the meal they created.. Cooking parties are held at Bespoke Cuisine's location on Restaurant Row where clients have the opportunity to learn in a working commercial kitchen then dine in the lofted dining room to enjoy the meal they prepared. Frasca is a neighborhood Italian influenced restaurant featuring specialty pizzas, hearty pastas, and an extensive selection of wine. We offer wines by the glass or bottle as well as a variety of beer and cocktails. Our main dining room is open and inviting with comfortable leather banquets, wood tables and large retractable windows, perfect for a cozy winters night, or a beautiful summer evening. Whether you're planning a night out with friends, a family gathering or an intimate evening, Frasca is the perfect place to relax and enjoy amazing food and great wine. The culture and cuisine of the neighborhood frasca began in the Friuli region of Italy. Literally meaning "branch," the frasca was identified by a wreath of branches hanging over a farmhouse door signifying the sale of food and wine within. Often attached to a winery, the frasca provided a pleasant and informal gathering place for family and friends to share a meal, a bottle of wine and warm hospitality.

Located in the heart of downtown La Grange, our diners can expect urban flavors and décor matched with a beautiful rooftop dining space. fourteensixteen General Manager Chris Johnson and Executive Chef Bret Bohning lead up the scratch-made menu sourcing a majority of the ingredients within 300 miles of the restaurant. “We’ve created an incredible culinary experience through our menu with emphasis on locality.” Chef Bret Bohning remarks. The beverage menu offers handmade and well thought out cocktail elements beyond the traditional offerings using multi-dimensional flavor, textural contrasts and compliments. Leading up the infusion creations, Bar Manager, Jim McGuigan explained, “Our intention is to offer the highest quality of recognizable and seasonally tuned beverages with an edge of uniqueness pointed at locality, where possible, sustainability, and responsibility with regard to sourcing and production.” The restaurant is set in a 130-year-old building featuring a 100-seat dining room, bar area and an impressive 60-seat dining and lounge rooftop terrace. A semi-private area, on the restaurant’s second level, is available for intimate special events for up to 18 guests along with various semi-private spaces with space for up to 140 people. The décor is industrial yet tasteful from the rustic mosaic mirrors to the antique water gage light fixtures and contemporary garage doors for when the La Grange weather is just right. In the Spring, fourteensixteen will be building a pergola for the Rooftop in order to “cover” private events and extend the outdoor season. Expect wine and beer tastings, dinners, parties and other special events taking place in 2018.

As one of the West Loop and Fulton Market’s most unique venues, we offer a change of pace from your usual private dining experience. The Chef’s Table can accommodate 24 guests down in our working kitchen for an unforgettable experience that places you and your closest friends and colleagues in front of all the action. The Main Café can accommodate 40 guests for a family-style, intimate dinner or up to 100 people for a lively cocktail party. We often incorporate one space for a reception, demo or class and use the other space as the dinner location. Seasonal menu inspired by simple farmhouse cooking in an intimate and unique atmosphere. Our team of butchers and chefs work closely with local and sustainable farmers to source prime cuts, fresh seafood and the best vegetables available. Rob Levitt, our Head Butcher and Chef de Cuisine, guides our culinary team through sourcing, sausage making and our expansive charcuterie program. Fifteen years ago Stuart Grannen, the founder of the Chicago staple, Architectural Artifacts Inc., purchased an old Charcoal factory in the Lincoln Park neighborhood. Stuart began receiving requests for photoshoots and small parties which led him to the conclusion that this space was too special to keep to himself!
