Located in North Haven and convenient to I-91 and Route 15, the facility hosts weddings, anniversary parties, retirement celebrations, showers, and banquets for groups of 50 to 350 guests. The venue offers two distinct reception rooms, each with its own private garden featuring a fountain and gazebo. The Crystal Room, the larger of the two spaces, seats up to 350 guests and features chandeliers and picture windows overlooking its garden. The Mirage Room is a more intimate setting accommodating up to 150 guests, with its own private garden access. Both rooms are available with or without an onsite ceremony. The Ceremony Garden serves as a dedicated outdoor ceremony space, centered on a 15-foot waterfall and accented by stone fountains, flower beds, and antique statuary. In-house catering is provided for all events, with wedding and banquet packages available across multiple tiers to fit a range of budgets.

Hartford Elks Lodge No. 19 occupies a landmark building in downtown Hartford that has stood at 34 Prospect Street since 1903 — the first structure ever built exclusively for use as an Elks Lodge. Established in 1883, the lodge has anchored this corner of the city for more than a century, and the building carries that history in its Victorian architecture, dark wood columns, arched doorways, and original hardwood floors. The centerpiece for private events is the Chamberlin Room, a 1903 Victorian ballroom managed through Soirée Venue and Event Management Services. The room accommodates up to 120 guests with a dance floor or 140 without, making it a workable fit for wedding receptions, private dinners, corporate celebrations, and fundraisers of varying sizes. Air conditioning was added for summer events. The lodge sits behind the Wadsworth Atheneum, a block from the Connecticut Convention Center, and minutes from both I-84 and I-91, with free parking available on site.

There is an option to hire only the mansion or the mansion/tent combination (depending on seasonality and number of guests) From May through December, the 60′ by 60′ tent can accommodate more than 200 visitors. The Smith Farm property was originally purchased in 1718 by Matthew Smith. The home was constructed in 1778, the land used as a small family farm until the early 1900s. Over the years, the house was neglected, falling into disrepair. In 1985, Malcolm and Peggy Winkley purchased the property, intent on providing a healthy, country environment for their family of five active, growing children. Whether a family reunion, birthday party, shower, anniversary, corporate event or any other special gathering, we offer the perfect unique historical backdrop. We are known for our meticulous attention to detail in our service and our decor. A sailcloth tent is always available for use. In keeping with our traditional appeal, our modern bathroom trailer covered in barn board suggests an earlier era outhouse. Play lawn games, have a picnic and at the end of a fun filled day, a toasted s’more at our fire pit is a must! The farm house is also available to rent for the day or take advantage of the overnights option and extend your stay.

The Village at Boulder Ridge is a family-owned event venue set on 68 acres at the foothills of the Berkshires in Barkhamsted, Connecticut. Operating since 2003 and with more than 500 events hosted, the property combines rustic character — exposed wood, a stone fireplace, a private lake with gazebo — with full on-site catering and a range of indoor and outdoor spaces. The Main Banquet Hall accommodates up to 300 guests and features a dance floor, exposed wood beams, and a grand stone fireplace suitable for indoor ceremonies. The open-air pavilion, which overlooks the pond and pool and is strung with twinkle lights, seats up to 200 guests and opens the property's natural landscape to guests. A lakeside gazebo provides an outdoor ceremony setting. The venue hosts one event per day, giving each group exclusive use of the entire facility. The Village operates seasonally from May through mid-October.
