Grey Towers Castle sits at the heart of Arcadia University's 76-acre campus in Glenside, Pennsylvania, just 12 miles north of Center City Philadelphia. Built in 1898 as the family home of sugar baron William Welsh Harrison, the Castle was designed by architect Horace Trumbauer, who drew inspiration from England's Alnwick Castle and later designed the Philadelphia Museum of Art. It was declared a National Historic Landmark in 1985 and has been named among the most beautiful castles in the U.S. by Architectural Digest. Weddings and private events unfold across the first floor of the Castle, where guests enter the three-story Great Hall beneath a gilded, barrel-vaulted ceiling before moving into the Dining, Rose, and Laura Minerva Korman Mirror rooms. The ballroom books only one event per day, giving each gathering exclusive use of the space. Adjacent to the ballroom sits the Hurley Mansion, a historic property that has stood on the same grounds since 1850. With a sunlit sun porch, a stained-glass hallway, and a comfortable living room, the mansion hosts up to 50 guests and serves as both a dedicated bridal and groom preparation suite and a standalone setting for intimate events.

The NSCDA/PA Headquarters House occupies a Colonial Revival building at 1630 Latimer Street in downtown Philadelphia, designed by the architectural firm Ritter and Shay and completed in 1923 as the home of the National Society of The Colonial Dames of America in Pennsylvania. The landscaped garden surrounding the house was designed by Marion Coffin, one of the first female landscape architects in the United States, and remains a four-season setting for outdoor ceremonies. Beyond its role as the Society's headquarters, the house functions as a private event venue, hosting weddings, corporate events, and other private gatherings for up to 120 guests. Smaller downstairs rooms, including the Drawing Room, Dining Room, and Loggia sunporch, suit more intimate gatherings, while the second-floor Ballroom, with its own built-in stage, accommodates the venue's larger receptions and is the only space where dancing is permitted. The house comes equipped with round and rectangular tables, high-top tables, and both indoor Chiavali chairs and outdoor padded resin chairs, and works from a list of pre-approved caterers for events held on site.
