    The Phinney Neighborhood Association occupies a campus of two historic Seattle school buildings — the Blue Building, built in 1904, and the Brick Building, built in 1917 — along with the nearby Greenwood Senior Center, and because the organization's mission centers on fostering an inclusive, welcoming community, its rooms are rented out by the hour to host everything from meetings and classes to private parties and celebrations.
