The multipurpose Test Kitchen serves as an attractive event space, an engaging classroom, and a state-of-the-art culinary laboratory, with a range of outstanding layouts to match the demands of your party. Private events, corporate/media events, photo/video shoots, and, of course, cookery demonstrations are all made possible by the audiophile A/V equipment, which includes projection and complete videoconferencing capabilities. Bouley Test Kitchen can accommodate up to 100 people seated or 150 standing for a reception. It is equipped with an open performance kitchen, a Steinway grand piano, and an audiophile A/V system from McIntosh. The Bouley team may use the Test Kitchen to experiment with new gourmet ideas and refine existing ones.
