Modern 10,000 sq. ft. mansion in Bel-Air available for film, photo, and commercial productions. The house has four bedrooms on the second floor, a large modern kitchen, dining room, and TV/living room with lots of natural light throughout. Outside, there is a large grass area, an infinity pool with beautiful views, a grill area with bar seating, and an outdoor TV/lounge area. There are also two additional spaces that can be used for makeup, wardrobe, equipment, or anything else needed for production. The property has a very private and relaxing atmosphere and feels like a luxury retreat, with plenty of different indoor and outdoor areas to shoot.

Greystone Mansion & Park provides an exclusive, distinctive environment for any event. Edward (Ned) Doheny, Jr. and his family moved into the finished home in 1928 after it had been constructed. In addition to being included on the National Register of Historic Places, the estate has been available to the public as a park since 1971 and has been owned by the City of Beverly Hills since 1965. The outdoor grounds and historic architecture of Greystone offer a variety of ambiances that may be utilized for your wedding, whether it be grand or simple, Hollywood glamorous or California informal. This article provides an overview of the locations that may be utilized for wedding ceremonies and receptions. Applicants for special events or wedding parties (either individual) who live in the City of Beverly Hills and have evidence of residency may reserve their event date up to a year in advance. This applies to both types of events. Dates can be reserved up to ten months in advance for those who are not residents. Wedding Ceremony Only: Residents have the ability to make reservations 9 months in advance, but non-residents only have 6 months' notice.

Our lounge is a hidden gem tucked away on Sunset Blvd between the famous Whisky A Go Go and the Soho House. The venue is a private members facility that includes a Main Lounge with a large bar and luxurious seating, two side rooms for more intimate conversations, a tasting room with a private bar, and an outdoor patio with a fountain and fire pit. The venue is fantastic for events ranging up to 300 guests and the Main Lounge serves as a perfect backdrop for a dance floor, DJ, and intimate performance. The side rooms are wonderful opportunities for lounging, food stations, photo ops, and gifting suites, while they can also be closed off to make the space more intimate for private dinners and smaller gatherings. The venue also works extremely well for corporate functions that need breakaway spaces and production offices. Big Red Sun is a landscape and garden design studio, plant nursery, and lifestyle boutique based in Venice, California. The company provides a full range of services. Our studio and design center, which was originally located in downtown Austin, Texas, has now moved to a location just a few blocks from Venice Beach. As landscape and garden designers, we offer a wide range of services to commercial and residential clients. We also create interior and exterior commissions, floral and plant arrangements for special events, and boutique gathering and event spaces in both Venice, California, and Austin, Texas. Owner and principal designer, Selena Souders, along with her team of designers and construction crew, create and implement a variety of extraordinary landscape, hardscape, and gardening solutions for both residential and commercial spaces, starting with the initial design concept. Established in 1915 by Italian immigrant, Cesar Menotti, Townhouse is the oldest bar in Venice and one of the oldest bars in the Los Angeles area. Townhouse's live entertainment basement, The Del Monte, was a true speakeasy during Prohibition (1920-1933) and a night-life nucleus, serving many nefarious and infamous characters of the day, masked cleverly by Menotti's grocery store above. Underneath the rows of produce was a trap door and dumbwaiter that could bring down two guests at a time. Alcohol was brought in by boats from Canada and then smuggled via underground tunnels. Once Prohibition ended in 1933, a staircase was added. Today both floors serve hand-crafted cocktails from the golden age of drinking with classic bartending techniques and know-how and offer a fine library of world-class spirits, beer, and wine. The Del Monte features the crème de la crème of live entertainment including live music, djs, comedy and burlesque, five to seven nights per week.
