The Skyline Loft is completely transformable to make your event unique and unforgettable. Sculpture Garden Gallery: The entryway, adorned with stunning chandeliers, takes guests through the original five-story elevator cab and into the inviting 12,000 square foot event space and beyond. The details continue into the artfully designed and furnished private suites along with the restrooms which boast an original art installation, and illuminated onyx sinks customizable for your event. The outdoor component of the Sculpture Garden Gallery is visually breathtaking and features 4,500 covered square feet of courtyard built along the historic former railway that once serviced the building. Fulton Market Gallery is a Chicago brick and timber style loft space ready for your art themed event. Located in the wildly popular West Loop/Fulton Market neighborhood - your guests will love the authentic studio feel and true industrial vibe of the neighborhood. Fulton Market Gallery is perfect for your next big Bash! The 3,000 square ft showroom consists of 2 main galleries with 16 foot timber ceilings, painted concrete floors, crisp white brick walls, and an amazing collection of fine art on display.

This isn't your typical rental property. Originally erected in the early 1900s with a cobbler as the first owner, the building was then converted into a zinc foundry, where it stood for almost 50 years. The foundry was also said to be the location where Oscars were cast! We took over the property and completed a thorough restoration, transforming it into a modern, open-concept photography studio while keeping the building's industrial feel. We've had the pleasure of hosting a number of incredible projects with some incredibly talented clients from all over the country. This room is ready for your next project, whether it's photography, video, casting, or something else else.
