  George and Judy Lee, with the help of Skip Engelbrecht, founded La Maison Rouge in 1995. Located in the center of Paris on Ponce, which has been a prominent shopping destination in midtown Atlanta for more than 30 years. The extravagant and lavish furnishings were gathered from abroad buying trips, mansions in Georgia, and we are especially privileged to have some pieces from Coretta Scott's and Dr. Martin Luther King's homes. We've staged countless festivities, fundraisers, and events over the previous 25 years. On the 100th anniversary of the building's construction, a fire broke out on Ponce de Leon on Thanksgiving Eve, 2019. The cause is unknown, but despite the enormous destruction, much of the furniture and the heart of La Maison Rouge were spared. We never imagined we'd be able to locate anything as special as our Midtown apartment, but we did! The Healey Building, where we now reside, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Built in 1913, it's a magnificent neo-gothic marble structure with a stunning entry rotunda that we can use in addition to our new area. We now have a greater capacity and more availability for smaller events thanks to the new space, which is about double the size of our prior location. Furthermore, we are no longer limited to merely holding evening activities. We may now host events at any time! If you liked our prior location in Midtown, you'll adore our new digs.

  The Swan Coach House, located in Buckhead on the grounds of the Atlanta History Center, provides guests with a comprehensive overview of the city of Atlanta. This historic structure is home to an art gallery, a restaurant, a gift store, and a variety of event facilities for all occasions. The proceeds will be used to support the visual arts community in Atlanta. With sliding glass doors that open onto a terrace on the top level, the Katydid Room is a bright and airy space. The Swan Room, located on the second level, is a cozy and well-liked space. Sally's Porch is a private room on the upper level with a wonderful view of the grounds. It is accessible only via stairs. The surrounding outside patio and garden are accessible from both sides of this magnificent space, which is encircled by French doors on two sides. The BelleNita Room is equipped with audiovisual capabilities as well as a built-in bar. This room, which is located on the main floor, is the focal point of the Swan Coach House and makes for an ideal backdrop for any occasion.   The Historic DeKalb Courthouse is the ideal location for wedding ceremonies, receptions, rehearsal dinners, holiday parties, fundraisers, and other special events of all kinds. This beautiful courthouse, located in Decatur, Georgia, just minutes away from Atlanta, serves as a spectacular backdrop for any historic event. With stunning arched windows and marble walls, the main event area is a sight to behold. A total of 150 guests may be accommodated at tables in the venue, which has lots of natural light and hardwood floors. A cocktail hour or a check-in area can be held in the lobby of the hotel. The Historic DeKalb Courthouse, which is located in Decatur, Georgia, only minutes away from Atlanta, is the ideal location for wedding ceremonies, receptions, rehearsal dinners, holiday parties, fund-raisers, and other special events. You will have the perfect setting for your historic event with the marble walls and wonderfully arched windows. During all evening and weekend rentals, guests will have access to the Courtroom, Harrison Room, Lobby, Groom's Room, and Bridal Suite for a total of 8 hours. The first two hours are usually devoted to setup, while the last hour is devoted to cleaning. The remaining 5 hours can be utilized for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and/or reception, according on your preferences. The ceremony and reception are both held in the Courtroom, and there is usually a room flip as guests enjoy cocktail hour in the lobby before the wedding.   Gunshow is a restaurant and private event venue at 924 Garrett Street in Atlanta's Glenwood Park neighborhood, built around an unconventional, chef-driven dining format. Dishes are presented tableside by Chef Cody Chassar and his team, and cocktails are prepared tableside on a rolling cart — making every meal an interactive experience. The open kitchen anchors the dining room, bringing the culinary process into full view of every guest. For private events, Gunshow offers full restaurant buyouts available Wednesday through Saturday, accommodating up to 70 guests for seated dinners and up to 125 for reception-style events. Seasonal menus are designed and crafted by the Gunshow chefs specifically for each event, with multiple package tiers ranging from a 4-course dinner to a 5-course plated dinner with action stations and a full bar. A 24-foot open hearth is the restaurant’s centerpiece, and our passion for cooking over wood comes through in every dish. Named after characters in Mark Twain’s The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn, King + Duke nods to classic literature and American traditions. The locally sourced dishes harken back to the way food used to be prepared: cooking over fire is a primitive technique that lets the ingredients speak for themselves. Parties of up to 14 people can be accommodated in the private Drawing Room, which can be hired with a preset or open menu. This totally enclosed area is located on the upper floor and has historic oil paintings, plush chairs, a built-in library, and a flat-screen television that is accessible for use if desired. In combination with a spectacular wall of floor-to-ceiling windows and a music system with individual volume control, this space creates an enticingly pleasurable atmosphere. There is a meal and beverage minimum requirement. To accommodate special events, the restaurant can be closed to the general public for your convenience. The restaurant's complete dining room, bar, and patio area will be purchased as part of the transaction. Our facility can accommodate a seated lunch or supper event for up to 100 people. Cocktail-style events with up to 120 people can be served with passing or stationed appetizers from our extensive menu choices.
