Since New York State's mandatory closings began on March 15th, we've been taking advantage of the opportunity to engage in some serious introspection about our collective safety and our future. Perspective can be gained through the distance created by the pandemic and our separation from the familiar—work, friends, family, and social lives. We have decided to re-locate and transform Bouley at Home and Bouley Test Kitchen into a new concept due to the inherent difficulties of in-person dining in the face of the ongoing dangers of Covid-19. As we prepare to relocate from 31 West 21st Street to a new venue in Lower Manhattan's TriBeCa neighborhood (location to be determined), we are taking advantage of this rare opportunity to envision and plan what the new Bouley will look like. Bouley has been many things to many people over the course of my 35+ years in the business world. In order to achieve unbreakable health, our mission continues to be to create the most nutrient-dense menus possible while immersing guests in a community of shared culinary knowledge. Our international and discerning clientele has always pushed us to try new things and be more creative in our approach. Our reputation as a forum for high food standards has always compelled us to take on social responsibility, which has deepened our commitment to a variety of ways to inform people about how they can celebrate their culinary passions while also maintaining good health and wellness. We want to make available to you the high-quality ingredients sourced from our ardent organic farmers, to share the relationship we have with our fishermen and their values, and to share the people who raise our animals on organic diets in beautiful natural surroundings. As of right now, we continue to provide off-premises catering for private events and special occasions in homes as well as through our extensive network of partner locations. Online purchases are available for our extensive wine list as well as mementos from Bouley's many incarnations throughout the years.

When il Buco first opened its doors in 1994 as a rustic antique store on NoHo's cobblestoned Bond Street, the restaurant quickly rose to become one of the city's most beloved destinations. Donna Lennard and her then-partner, Italian-born restaurateur Alberto Avalle, were pioneers on Bond Street when they invited their antique customers to join them for their midday "pranzo" before obtaining a wine and beer license and developing an eclectic Mediterranean menu that was equal parts Italian, Spanish, and invention, and dedicated to sourcing the finest prime ingredients both locally and in Avalle's home country of Italy. The culinary philosophy of il Buco is firmly rooted in the Italian tradition of seasonality and the integrity of all of the ingredients used in the restaurant. The dedication to quality at Clinton Hall begins with the SupercraftTM beer program. Following closely behind is a lot of fun and NYC's best burger! Clinton Hall's rustic and modest 4,000 square foot beer hall is situated back somewhat from the street at the corners of Rector and Washington in the bustling downtown Financial District, just a few short streets from the site of the freshly restored World Trade Center. The interior and outdoor rooms are connected by a series of glass doors that lead into the courtyard. Guests may sit at the 20-seat Carrara marble bar, which is flanked by reclaimed brick and wood walls recovered from Upstate New York and Pennsylvania farms, or drink with friends at communal tables and benches, which are all softly lighted by handcrafted light fixtures and naked Edison bulbs. Clinton Hall features a rotating range of 20 draught beers and ciders from the United States, Belgium, Germany, Scandinavia, and beyond, ranging from cask ales to keg-conditioned ales and lagers. All suds are delivered at a properly calibrated 34 degrees, every time, thanks to an on-site flux capacitor that calibrates nitrogen and carbon dioxide and regulates compression of each particular beer to the Brew Masters requirements. To alter their sampling experience, guests can order pints, half-pints, or thirds-of-pints of this unique and diversified craft brew excursion. A complete bar is also available, with seasonal wines-by-the-glass options. A pleasant, engaging, and educated waitstaff serves a full lunch, brunch, and dinner menu to complement the ever-changing beverage choices. The gourmet take on classic beer hall fare includes a wide variety of bratwurst and sausages served on homemade pretzel buns with inventive homemade sides like rosemary-parmesan pommes frites, a trademark shortrib burger, and Wit Bier-steamed Prince Edward Island Mussels. The Merchant's House Museum is New York City's only family home to survive intact — inside and out — from the 19th century. Built in 1832 in the late-Federal and Greek Revival style, the Manhattan rowhouse carries triple landmark designation at the federal, state, and city levels, including National Historic Landmark status since 1966. It was the first building designated under New York City's 1965 Landmarks Preservation Law and remains one of only six residential interior landmarks in the city. The Tredwell family occupied the residence from 1835 until 1933, and more than 3,000 of their original belongings remain in place. The museum is also recognized as Manhattan's only documented site of the Underground Railroad open to the public. For private events, the venue accommodates up to 30 guests for intimate wedding ceremonies, garden elopements, and engagement photography sessions. The 19th-century rear garden serves as the primary ceremony setting; the Greek Revival double parlor and 1850s kitchen provide indoor alternatives when weather requires.

David Bouley was born and reared in the Connecticut town of Storrs. David's childhood spent on his grandparents' farm had a profound influence on him. Inspired by their French ancestors, he acquired a passion for preparing nutritious meals from scratch using well selected, freshly prepared components. David began working in restaurants at a young age, and has since lived on Cape Cod, in Sante Fe, and in France and Switzerland, among other places. His experience working with some of Europe's most recognized chefs, such as Roger Vergé, Paul Bocuse, Joel Robuchon, Gaston Lenôtre and Frédy Giradet, followed his studies at the Sorbonne University. After gaining valuable expertise, David went on to work in some of New York's most prestigious restaurants at the time, including Le Cirque, Le Périgord, and La Côte Basque, among others. He also worked as a sous chef in a San Francisco restaurant owned by Roger Vergé for a short period of time. David went on to become the chef of the Montrachet restaurant in TriBeCa when it first opened its doors in 1985. The New York Times published a three-star review of the restaurant shortly after it opened, attracting widespread notice. Private Dining Events and Catering provide us with opportunity to collaborate more intimately with our guests, as well as possibilities to share our passion for celebration in innovative and exciting new ways. A full-floor penthouse featuring a collection of boutique private studio spaces, open kitchens, F&B, screening and conference rooms, among other amenities. Thompson Square Studios' team of Membership Managers and Assistants treat each member as if they were a family member. In keeping with our legacy of bespoke design and taste, Thompson Square Studios curate exquisite experiences that appeal to the refined palates of our clientele. Located in Thompson Square Studios, a 2,000 square-foot event space with seating for up to 125 people. Main Dining Room The Main Dining Room at Tribeca Grill is the restaurant's center point, and it has a sleek industrial warehouse feel to it. An ancient mahogany bar from the legendary "Maxwell's Plum," exposed brick walls, and artwork by the late Robert De Niro, Sr. adorn the space. Cocktail parties for up to 350 people or a formal dinner for 175 people can be held in the whole Dining Room. Arrangements can be made to reserve the full Tribeca Grill Duplex for groups of up to 500 people. This allows you to have dancing, food, and beverages all at the same time during your event. Loft The Loft is a bright, open room on the second story with beautiful hardwood flooring, 15-foot ceilings, and exposed brick walls. It also has its own entrance and private facilities. It is a dynamic space that can be dressed up for elegance or down for a fun, laid-back vibe. Although the room can hold up to 120 people for a formal dinner, the design is also suitable for smaller gatherings of 30 people or receptions of 175. The Loft can be used for gallery exhibitions, fashion events, corporate presentations, and even in conjunction with the adjacent screening room. Gallery Breakfast meetings, business luncheons and dinners, birthday celebrations, wine evenings, and a variety of other social occasions are all possible in this private, light, and intimate space. This 2,500 square foot venue has plenty of wall space for clients to use, as well as a main event room and a living room set-up for guests.
