Studio B is the ideal location for a variety of events including weddings, dinners, showers, corporate cocktail parties, birthday parties, galas, fashion shows, and art installations. The use of two large patios, parking, loading docks, and a parking lot for food trucks are all available. Studio B is a contemporary 3650 square foot venue with a sprung dance floor made of reclaimed wood that measures 2750 square feet. Each and every aspect of the studio is absolutely stunning and unique! Your guests will have a great time taking pictures in front of our art wall! Host Your Event in a Distinctive Automotive Setting Our classic car showroom offers a unique backdrop for events of all kinds. The space features a large open floor plan with polished epoxy flooring, 28-foot ceilings, and a rotating selection of restored vintage vehicles. A 500-square-foot loft bar overlooks the showroom, providing an elevated perspective and additional lounge space. Whether you're planning a corporate gathering, product launch, private celebration, or automotive event, the layout is flexible to accommodate your needs. Vehicles can remain in place to enhance the atmosphere or be rearranged to create more open space. Amenities include: - Three unisex restrooms - Ambient lighting options - A built-in bar with sink, ice maker, and under-bar refrigeration - Optional rental of tables, chairs, and cocktail furniture. We’re also happy to connect you with reputable local vendors for bartending, catering, floral, entertainment, and more. Please note: Setup and breakdown must be included in your rental window. Mama La is the secret ingredient in each of our Kim Son Restaurants, and she can be found in every location. Kim Su Tran La was born in Vietnam, and she, her husband, and their seven children fled to Houston in 1980, fleeing the communist regime that had taken over their country at the time. Mother-in-law Mama La was able to memorize more than 250 recipes before opening the first KIM SON Restaurant, thanks to her extensive knowledge of Vietnamese cuisine, which she received from her in-laws. In a short period of time, her food amassed a large following of thousands of followers, as well as the admiration and loyalty of many of Vietnam's top restaurant cities. The first KIM SON store was located in Vinh Long, but it was eventually closed as a result of the communist takeover of the country in 1975. KIM SON has been recognized by a number of prestigious publications, including Bon Appétit, Esquire, and Food & Wine, and has been named "Best Vietnamese Restaurant" in Houston on an annual basis by the Houston Press. Currently, Mama La's culinary skills have allowed her restaurant group to expand to include four full-service restaurants, three banquet facilities, and four food court outlets throughout the greater Houston region.
