Our hotel offers a variety of meeting and event spaces as well as access to all of USC campus’ extensive venue offerings, for a truly unique experience. During your event, you will work with our expert chefs and on-site catering team who provide a one-stop shop for all of your event planning and conferencing needs. Catering We aim to provide healthy, delicious, and socially responsible cuisine for the Trojan Family and our hotel guests. Keeping in line with our campus Food Philosophy, USC Hotel offers a variety of fresh, seasonal, and inspiring hand-made menus. There is no rental fee for the reception but there is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The venue allows 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $250/hr. Please note there is a $15 corkage fee for wine and champagne. The USC Hotel is the only hotel owned and operated by the University of Southern California, situated on the University Park campus at 3540 South Figueroa Street in Los Angeles. The 11-story, 240-room property opened in 1975 and underwent a full renovation in 2015, placing it within walking distance of Exposition Park, the LA Memorial Coliseum, and Downtown Los Angeles. The hotel offers more than 33,000 square feet of event space across 11 meeting rooms, accommodating gatherings from small breakouts to receptions of 700 and full-scale conferences of up to 800 attendees. Key event spaces include the 6,880-square-foot Grand Ballroom — divisible into five configurations — the 2,322-square-foot 1880 Founders Room with a dedicated exterior entrance and built-in bar, an outdoor Teaching Garden designed with sustainable urban gardening practices, and McKay's, the hotel's on-property restaurant available for private events. In-house catering, audio-visual services, and a dedicated event coordination team support all bookings. The hotel holds Green Seal Silver certification and is the official hotel of the University of Southern California.

It's like receiving an unexpected surprise when you visit the Los Angeles River Center and Gardens. This stunning event property, only minutes from downtown Los Angeles and right over the Los Angeles River, will fit many a bride's fantasy wedding destination. The Center is a well-kept secret, concealed behind ivy-covered walls. The entry is marked by a broad, circular brick driveway with a spreading ficus tree in the center, and the first look of the fountains, flowers, and serenity within is through the arched, wrought-iron gate. The courtyard at the entrance is a lovely way to begin your visit to the Center, but the carved wooden doors in the back soon draw you into the Main Courtyard, which is the perfect setting for a special occasion. The arcaded terraces of the Center's buildings surround the multi-level plaza on three sides. The breeze rustles the pepper trees, as roses, agapanthus, and daylilies soak up the sun in the beds. A three-tiered fountain sits in the midst of a tiled reflecting pool, surrounded on all four sides by terra cotta pots filled with flowers. An arched gateway in a stucco wall leads from the Main courtyard to the San Fernando Courtyard, another spacious patio with an adjoining lawn. This patio is dappled in shade and has a calm dignity thanks to a great old ficus tree. The lawn, which is surrounded by tree-lined walls, is frequently utilized for ceremonies, while the patio can be used for meals or dancing. The San Fernando Courtyard is its own private little universe, bordered on one side by the California Building and on the other three by high walls. The California Building is used for indoor events and major meetings. A Mexican-tile floor, arched windows, and a large, peaked roof flood the main event space with natural light. Tables and chairs are arranged beneath the skylight, with additional sitting accessible on the second-story walkway that circles the area. Smaller meetings and conferences can be held in the Los Feliz Room.

Baldwin Hills Scenic Overlook is a 58-acre California State Park perched at 420 feet elevation in Culver City, southwest of downtown Los Angeles. From the summit, panoramic views sweep across the Los Angeles Basin, the Pacific Ocean, the Santa Monica and San Gabriel Mountains, and the Palos Verdes Peninsula — a setting that makes it one of the most distinctive event venues in the region. The park's Visitor Center houses a glass-and-concrete pavilion, a native plant garden, a Skyline Terrace, a small theater, and a conference room — collectively accommodating gatherings from intimate meetings to receptions of up to 200 guests. The Pavilion and its adjacent outdoor spaces are available for weddings, corporate retreats, educational events, and cultural celebrations. Rentals include tables, chairs, and on-site parking. All food service must be provided by a licensed caterer, and the facility is fully accessible. Events at Baldwin Hills Scenic Overlook are coordinated through the California State Parks special events office.

The Sepulveda Screening Room is a professional screening facility located at 1640 South Sepulveda Boulevard in West Los Angeles, operated by Screening Services Group under the direction of guild and studio projectionist Michael S. Hall, who brings more than 48 years of industry experience to the facility. The venue is part of a union-affiliated network ranked highest among small screening rooms by Variety magazine. The main theater seats 65 to 71 guests on stadium-style cushioned seats and supports an extensive range of professional formats including Dolby ATMOS, DCP 2D and 3D, 4K Christie DLP, Blu-ray, and HDCAM-SR, with a screen measuring up to 12'6" by 23'9". Additional rentable spaces include an art gallery and a patio available on evenings and weekends. The facility operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year, and offers free Wi-Fi and underground parking.

The Jones sisters, Leslie and LeAnn, like to spend a typical night out in Los Angeles at some of their favorite restaurants, where they can enjoy delicious food, excellent wine, and the company of good friends. Leslie, a luxury wedding planner, and LeAnn, an attorney, had grown tired of having to travel outside of their neighborhood in order to partake in activities such as eating and drinking delicious food and wine. The sisters came up with the idea to launch 1010 Wine and Events based on Leslie's prior experience in the hospitality industry and LeAnn's knowledge of wine as well as her passion for the beverage. In the middle of Leslie and LeAnn's hometown of Inglewood, California, which is also their current home, you'll find the upscale wine bar known as 1010 Wine.
